Past Project- Phenom Estate

Phenom Estate in Langata (near Carnivore), 8 kilometers from Nairobi’s Central Business District. The estate, which won 3rd prize for Best Real Estate and Development at the 6th & 8th Kenya Homes Expos held at KICC, will on completion house 342 no. 4-bedroomed maisonettes in Phases I, II, III & IV, seven shops, five stalls and 12 one quarter-acre commercial plots.

The first phase of 76 maisonettes was completed between December 2008 and March 2009. Phase 2, which has added a further 85 maisonettes is now fully sold. Hand-over began in April 2010 and 95% of the purchasers having already moved into their units.

Construction of Phase III commenced in July 2010 and is  FULLY SOLD. This Phase is adding 95 maisonettes as well as shops, and it enjoyed stronger demand, with 85 per cent of the units sold by September 2010.
