The first phase of 75 maisonettes was completed between December 2008 and March 2009. Phase 2, which has added a further 85 maisonettes is now fully sold and occupied. Hand-over began in April 2010 and all purchasers have occupied their units.
Construction of Phase III commenced in July 2010 and is FULLY SOLD. This Phase is adding 95 maisonettes as well as shops, and it enjoyed stronger demand, with 85 per cent of the units sold by September 2010. Hand-over began in August 2011 and 97% of purchasers have occupied their units.
Phase IV sales were launched in mid April 2011 and to date 80% has been sold. This will comprise of 88 no. units. In this Phase, we managed to create semi detached units and 3 fully detached units.
