Chigwell is registered as a Limited Liability company. We then embarked on an ambitious residential development project in Lang’ata, Phenom Estate. This is a gated community that features 343 units of 4 bedroom maisonettes built in 4 phases, 12 shops and a fully operational Community Centre.
Chigwell starts Sidai Village in Athi River targeting the lower budget market segment. A total of 127 units have been built and handed over.
Chigwell’s third project, Phenom Park located in Lang’ata is launched. It comprises 214 semi-detached Townhouses in 10 clusters, 30 Apartments and 6 Studios. So far 8 clusters with 172 Townhouses are complete. Construction of the Community Centre and the Apartments block is also complete. The last two clusters will start by 2021.
